I’ve been thinking about this rule; trying to analyze it from both sides. So far I’ve come to the conclusion that the Top 35 is actually a good thing, but I also understand why people want it to be thrown out.

Week 1:
Testing has shown that Toyota has made a HUGE improvement in less than a year. J.J. Yeley was at the top of the speed chart as was A.J. Allmendinger.  David Reutimann also had 3 of the top 15 speeds. Of course we knew Kyle Busch would be fast; he also is in a Toyota.
