Several race teams left this morning around 8 to drive down to Daytona Beach; although I would guess they all did.
I saw about 15 of the teams driving on 77 & 485 - right over the NC/SC state line.

Tuesday night Carl Edwards was at the Rusty Rudder with a camera/tv crew.
I’m not sure what he was filming, but there were people really dressed up like they knew he was going to be there with the crew.

Kyle Busch is officially hotter than fire now. 
He won today’s Nationwide Series race, and he’s still the points leader in the Truck Series, 2nd in the Sprint Cup Series, and currently still 3rd in the Nationwide Series.

Think about this: Do these drivers really need a weekend off? Yeah they work hard, but they really only ‘work’ a few hours on the weekend. Of course they have meetings, and have to go to their race shop during the week, but I’m thinking they don’t do much while at the shop; as just the driver.
